I'm here to tell you that GenForum.com does indeed come through for you after all. emoticon

Only just the other day, GenForum.com emailed me a notification letting me know that a distant Armenian cousin had seen and replied to my The Arch Duke Martian Sefilian inquiry. Checking it out, I learned that my d.c.'s grandfather, Agop, was born around 1896, and he came here from Armenia in about 1916 from Sivas(?). He/we had relatives in France with our similar surname of Sefilian/Safilian.

My d.c. currently lives in the same state Mr Titanic lives in, which is Florida.

To make the long story short, I had posted my quiry a few years ago. So you see--once you've posted your quiries, the waiting period it takes for someone to bite takes lots of patience. Therefore--Robert & Will, that's why it's important to go ahead and post them. Sooner or later, someone will bite once they see your quiries.
