King of the ocean
close your eyes and picture it
a walk down memory lane
see the big wide ocean
and sail the ships again
Your heart is filled with pride
there is no land to see
just miles and miles of ocean
such sheer tranquility
Quiet nights upon the bridge
stars of heaven shining down
You are the king of the ocean
you wear your noble crown
Your the Officer of Titanic
and if your dreams allow
you'll sail on her again
and to you, we will bow

Re: King of the ocean
I can see that poem will touch a few members on here in particular.
The officers must have had an awful night that night. The thought of them once again being aboard that ship and finishing that journey will come true some how i'm sure of it.

I suspect they shall. It was quite lovely.

Re: King of the ocean
Greetings,
From an unamed person that I am dealing with, she said that you banned quite a few members and I think Bess was on the list of members you banned. I don't know what to believe anymore. I mean I try to take things with salt. So don't know what is going on. Thanks for listening. TTYL, Laters.

Re: King of the ocean
I'm not banned!
I haven't been on here for a while, but that's because I have been extremely busy with a dance competition. Who was it who said I was banned?

Re: King of the ocean
I believe it was Murdoch's Aid who claimed that you'd been banned.
I definitely liked your poem, and believe me, I did not take it the wrong way!
Welcome aboard, Bess! It's nice to see you here again.
