My SIL tried to teach it to me here at home, but she goes too fast. And I'm a very slow learner too. emoticon

awww There is nothing wrong with being a slow learner. I would have taught you, I teach dance to many people, and it is often the slow learners who turn out to be the best dancers

I agree with you there Bess,I for one was learning tap and needed a lot of extra help with my step's and now I am pretty good at tap.So all I can say is it needs time and practice.

Apparently the Macarena is still in vogue onboard certain cruise ships. I even saw it performed in an Empress of the Seas Travel Channel documentary on TV last night.

Bess, if it were humanly possible, I would just love you to teach me this dance's hand moves.
