Ok now I would like to point out that it is just a mod position... I understand from both sides what each side sees...

I understand why Tom wouldn't want or need any mods therefore removing them...
I also understand Mr Titanic's side .. A pm or perhaps some warning ..

However as I stated earlier I did get a pm from him asking if I still wanted to be a mod....

I am just happy that I have a board of my own.....

we can all get along over here....it is a neutral board....

I am pleased I have my own board as well Wills.

I've also stated that this discussion is going no where, and in no way is this a debate. I am not interested in hearing false excuses.

You may have received notification and were removed due to inactivity, but I was active and received nothing.

Graham was the source of the problem and was not dealt with accordingly until he caused problems.

Case Closed. emoticon

No, when I removed you, you were not using the forum or in contact with me. Graham was active after/when I brought him back. (look at the posts). As stated in the agreement I did not have to give notice.

I was quite active actually. And I have already looked at the forum and made sure that the proof is in accordance to what I have stated. I mentioned while still in discussion with Graham that I was removed. And even after that I remained, until I saw no hope of Graham ever being removed.

You certainly gave notice to wills though. And it may be proper to give notice to an active mod who was removed.

According to the proof you have made false excuses.

No, you definitely were not active when I removed you or Lee. When Graham returned you had not been around for a while (look at the posts!). I don’t know if you are talking about the time in between me having to ban John Dray and removing Graham? When you were definitely still a moderator.

I was removed as a moderator while Graham was still at large. I was discussing accounts in what I believe was a thread titled "John's forums" when I was removed and commented about it.

No you had not been around for a while and all the threads about John are hidden and guess what you have no posts when Graham returned you did not make any comment about being removed.

Not quite. You seem anxious to end things while you hide the thread. I made several comments about being removed in several threads actually. I even PMed fellow friends about it, including Murdochs Aid. I remember being around and quite active when Graham was around, and it wasn't until I was removed and Graham remained that I decided to leave. I even spoke with you on MSN about it days after it happened to no avail. You just kept him until he did his damage.

Really now, do you honestly think this will convince me to come back? No. I have made my decision and did so all the way back when it happened, so I can be certain my facts are correct. I know how I feel about it as well. End of story. emoticon
