Re: Current Projects
Heard back from another agent yesterday. Evan Gregory with the Ethan Ellenberg Lit Agency asked for a full.
Getting that out today.
Your story sounds very original and funny. I still offer my service as a muse. Sometimes a person with fresh eyes works miracles. I have a few ladies I depend on for that.

Re: Current Projects
Good news for you, Kourt! Well done! Good luck with the manuscript.
Actually, if you'd like to take a preliminary peek at Gladiator and offer a few comments, Chapter 1 is here under 'Excerpts'. It's only about 3K (i think) but I still hard to break it into 2 posts.
If you are so inclined...

Was looking forward to it.

Re: Current Projects
hey Kourt,
I'm only a Moderator on this Board, so there's not much I can to give you privy's to Excerpts topics.
I have e-mailed up to seven individual chapters to friends, that could be an option here.
The first 3 chapters kind of go together, and are reminisent of me losing my job at Computer Task Group. My main character Venax works at Barbarian Task Group. Hmmmm. I tried to recall the emotions of that day, and the effects on former co-workers.

Re: Current Projects
I am editing a novel this month, hoping to have it ready to submit by an end-of-the-month deadline. It's going pretty well, I think.
I also have some queries out on another novel, just playing the waiting game on those, as well as a few short stories.
Once the editing is done, I have a couple of short story manuscripts to polish up...so, no lack of projects here!

Re: Current Projects
I have to give a final run-though to one novel and then send it out.
Second - and most pressing - project is a novel I'm writing with a co-author.
And at the same time, I'm starting a business while holding down a part-time job. Madness.
