Pure Mystery
Catching a leaf that falls
from a tree, before it hits
the ground, is good luck.
See a fox during the day,
expect mischief to follow.
When crows all gather
to sit in one tree, a cold
wind is approaching.
If ants are flying, the
summer heat will wane.
Legends and things ancient
abound in this modern age.
Where do ideas come from,
all written on history’s page.
The push now is to rush,
like fools jumping into nothing.
Likewise minds gaze into the eyes
of all things natural. Realizing the
questions they would ask, already
have the answers attached.
Always has it been an easy road.
No fiction, no tricks, pure mystery.
Don’t believe, find out for yourself.
Let it come from your heart,
visualize a blazing purple light
emanating from the middle of your
forehead. Like a miner looking for
the jewels of life, make it so.
Only you can evoke your soul.
Only you can save your self,
from ignorance, hate, and fear.
There is nothing that is known.
It is all mystery and dreams.
Reality blinks and wavers.
The human senses, even when
aided by machines, are limited.
It’s the simple things that matter,
to complicate, means to confuse.
When people are led by fear,
they will hide and stay silent.
In an economy of scarcity,
consumers will always want.
In times of overabundance,
people will hoard and fight.
A person without heart, will
always lie to achieve a means.
A cat will run away from a bad
master, but a dog will stay.
Toads can live in dried mud
for years, to be revived in the
wet rainy seasons. Gold fish
see in infrared. Elephants
grunt a language that is too
low for the human ear, though
when recorded and sped up,
it sounds similar to whales.
