Here's one for the long response times file--last August or September I sent a query to a market. Yesterday I got an email from the editor apologizing for the long delay but asking if I still wanted to send him the story.
I've only sent it to one other market in the meantime (I had given up on ever hearing from this one) so I guess I'll send it along. But 10 months!
