That's for sure, Lights. We can always hope "and" pray, can't we?

Re: Special Edition DVD coming out in October
We will be getting the 3-disk Special Edition in the States. The only features it won't have are
Quote: HBO's First Look special on the making of the film (entitled Titanic: The Heart of the Ocean), 3 short Titanic parodies and a gallery of trailers for the film (including some never before seen).

Re: Special Edition DVD coming out in October
Figures, doesn't it...it could have been entertaining...why is it we in the States tend to get treated like orphans? I mean, Cameron did make a lot of his money from TITANIC here in America! :sailor: :titanic:

Re: Special Edition DVD coming out in October
I agree with Lights hands down on this one. I mean whats the point of adding more to a movie that came out in 1997 when one is going to be choosey about what areas or countries will actually receive the bonus? It makes no honest sense, and I don't see how it's worth it. Especially with the expected release of Last Mysteries of the Titanic. I say, include what you have for everyone, or don't do it at all, get the job done and do it right the first time! Unless they are going to release two editions in the USA, to increase profit. Then it would add up. Literaly as well.

Re: Special Edition DVD coming out in October
Given the hype stateside when the movie came out on video and then the "Collectors' Eiditon" the two editions idea is one I wouldn't put past Cameron and his lads. :nosad:

Re: Special Edition DVD coming out in October
I know, I wouldn't put it past them either. It most likely is to have two editions to increase profits. I think I will just be patient and wait for a DVD that as all the features the other DVD has. It's just like when the first Titanic movie came out to DVD, one could only buy it as a two disk DVD set to present the whole movie, and now they have the movie on one DVD. So waiting for the most improved form of the DVD as opposed to blowing your money on the first thing that comes out would probably be more wise.
