Returning to the Weather Channel this coming October 5th, 2008, at around 9 p.m. (MT), is an excellent series titled When Weather Changed History!!!

I believe that I saw it before when they featured our star ship, Titanic...for which they told how weather played in to her eventual rendevouz with that deadly iceberg.

I highly recommend that you all check your local TV listings/the Weather Channel itself, to see when it airs in your area.

I saw the commercial for that indeed. I wanted to catch it so badly but I didn't know what channel it is on now that I've moved to a new city. I also missed Ballard's special on Discovery but Lee said it wasn't worth mourning.

Mr Titanic, the Weather Channel now airs this series on a daily/nightly basis. The first new season episode centered on Galveston, Texas...and what hurricanes (Hurricane Ike, being the latest) had on this coastal town both past and present.

P.S. You moved to a new town? Where? And are you still living in Florida?

  Everyone!

Definitely this coming Sunday night, September 19th, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT), the WWCH will air THE episode that is totally about Titanic, our favorite oceanliner, and the disaster of her destiny with that iceberg and how it changed the course of maritime history.

So please catch the Weather Channel in your area, and its exact air time...and stay tuned!!! For you won't want to miss it!!!
