Re: Duty Roster
I would just like to add that Captain Smith had no set bridge duty, but he was always available if needed.
The senior officer was accompanied by two junior officers, for example at the time of the collison, the three officers on the bridge were First officer Murdoch, Fourth officer Boxhall and Sixth Officer Moody.

Re: Duty Roster
Wonder what Titanic's Senior & Junior DR was for the following dates; April 10, 11, & 12, 1912? Those are the ones we're trying to get our hands on, Bess.
Anyhoo, thank you for the posting of the above DR.

Re: Duty Roster
sorry MA, I should have been clearer. The senior officer's duty roster stayed the same every day, so on April 10,11,12,13 &14, it was exactly the same as i posted above.
The two duty rosters for the junior officers alternated each day, so april 10 and april 12 were the same as the roster for april 14 and april 11 was the same as the duty roster for april 13.
I hope that makes a bit more sense.

That "does" make more sense!!! I even tried (and with Will's help too) to figure that out. I should have come to you sooner, because now I know that three heads "are" better than one.
Thank you, my friend.
