 Encyclopedia Titanica Forum
I was just over visiting ET, and found that many of their boards have been locked-up...not allowing anyone to add more threads. :roar: :sad: :ahh:
I had wanted to open up a new thread, requesting information about Titanic's Deck Officers' Duty Roster, but couldn't do so. So I ask you, what is with these guys!?! Why are they acting like a bunch of jerks over there!?! :silly: :roll: :twisted:

Yeah, tell me about it. And sometimes, forum administrators turn a blind eye to things as well too...which is why posters are turned-off and turned away from their boards, as well too. :surr:

I asked an ET moderator about this, Murdoch's Aid, and found that it was simply a mistake in how the pages were set up when certain topics were reorganized months ago. There are no "closed topics" on ET; any that are marked closed are marked that way by accident.
I see, for example, that the "Deck Officers" topic, which you mentioned here and which I mentioned to the ET mod, has been fixed. If you encounter this again, contact a moderator and they'll take care of it.

Hello SchweigerU20 Welcome aboard. So the forum is encountering a few mistakes at the momment? Well, I Thank you for clearing that up for myself and Murdoch's Aid. I beleive she has indeed received the answer, however for future refrence we will keep that in mind.

:wave: SchweigerU20!!! Welcome to our board!!! Thank you so very much, for putting our minds at ease, re: the ET board. I thought it had to do something with my Firefox program... but, apparently not. I sure will mention this mix-up to the ET mod, should this problem reoccur.
