Unknown Childs Shoes
I don't know how new this "news" is, but i thought it was so sad, to see those little shoes there and knowing what happened to their owner.
The owner of these shoes was a 13 month old baby, Eino Panula.

Re: Unknown Childs Shoes
That is quite depressing. It's the idea that the shoes are present as a reminder of those who perished at such a young age that night. They serve the same dramatic purpose as the shoes Dr. Ballard had found and photographed, in the Titanic's debris field. However being babies and children makes things a bit more upsetting. Thank you for sharing that with us bess, it's hard to believe the child who owned those shoes is gone, but her shoes are all that remain.

Re: Unknown Childs Shoes
It may be depressing, but because since she/he is safely in God's hands now. Don't you agree that atleast with Him, this baby is in a "much" better place?
Speaking of which--when Jesus returns for the Rapture of His church, not only will us adults (both the dead and the living) be called up to join Him in "the" clouds...all children all over the world will be called away too. I bet you ten-to-one that the Bureau of Missing & Exploited Children's phones will be "really" ringing off their hooks, when that happens! The world will be left in total and complete chaos!
