Unfortunate Titanic News

Dr. Pellegrino had the following words to say about Mr. Ralph White, who recently passed away last week.

Quote:

Deep-Ocean cinamatographer and explorer Ralph White passed away last week. He was among only four of us who managed to be involved from the beginning with all three Titanic exploration teams (who hated the looks of each other) without getting his throat slit. I sailed with him on two expeditions (one to the Titanic and one to the hydrothermal vents) and I can say from experience that his kind, laid-back nature and his great sense of humor explain how he managed to accomplish the seemingly impossible.

He was also a Marine... never an ex-Marine.

And whatever is out there, I'm sure Ralph approached it with a sense of, "still exploring."

See you later, Ralph, maybe.

And if you run into him, share a couple of beers with Thomas Andrews for me. He built a good ship, no matter what they say at WHOI.
