NAPS & BEGS? Please explain!

HI!
This probably seems like a really silly question but I'm very new to greyhound racing and i keep coming across the words NAPS and BEGS/BAGS everywhere. Can someone please explain what they mean.

Thank you!

/Sheila

Hi there, Nap is a word used to describe "the best bet of the day/week".
BAGS is an afternoon greyhound service, BEGS is an evening greyhound service, both covered by betting shops.
