FREE ROOM near Stony Brook in exchange for babysitting service to a 1.5 year old boy.
Need a reliable female student who can devote 10 to 12 hrs of service a week while living in own furnished room for free in the house. The mother needs some help as she is having another baby in May. An hour's service is equivalent to $10-12 cash and hours are very flexible and considerations will be given if you have exams but hours should be made up. All utilities included. You pay only $1 for dryer use.
Your room includes:
Free wireless internet and cable ready (bring your own TV), light, fan, desk, mirrored closet, book shelf. Room is nice and clean and carpeted. There are some toys stored on the side but are not in your way. This room used to be rented for $550, but now FREE to the right person.
Bus is available to school with transfer at the mall. It is recommended that you have your own car for your own convenience. House is located in quiet neighborhood and easy access to shopping.
The babysitting service include but may not be limited to the following: (mother will always be present)
1. watching/playing with toddler
2. accompany mother/toddler to park/library/shopping
3. doing kid's laundry once a week (laundry is downstairs)
4. pick up his toys and organize his room

Hello, this is Nancy, the ad owner. Thanks to Lalazoo who posted it for me originally.
I am a former MBA student, graduated 2007. I am looking for a reliable female student who can help me with watch the baby and pick up his boys. Average 2 hrs a day, but very flexible. If you have exams or busy schedule we can do something else in exchange when you are free. It is expected that you go back for the summer, however, if you'd like to take summer courses and stay in a free room you are more than welcome to.
