Looking for a female housemate
I am looking for a female housemate to share my clean beautiful ranch house with. You would have your own room (it is furnished or you can bring your own things) and we would share the rest of the house: living room, dining room, kitchen (dishwasher), washer/dryer, and a huge private back yard with BBQ and pool. The house has hard wood floors, crown mouldings and a beautiful decor. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to all stores and major roads.( near Stony brook univ & hospital) ALL INCLUDED - $650 PER MONTH - one month security required. No smoking, drugs or pets please.
