Hi All-
We have a basement apartment for rent in our house in Port Jefferson. The
apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a large bathroom, nice kitchen and living
room along with plenty of closets for storage. The apartment has a
private entrance on the side of the house and access to the backyard.
There is plenty of on street parking. The laundry room is part of the
main house but access to it and the swimming pool could be negotiated.
The house is normally very quiet and occupied by 5 Stony Brook graduate
students. Small parties and guests are allowed.
Rent is $1200/month INCLUDING all utilities (not including TV/Internet.
Main house can share TV and Internet if tenants share the cost).
The address is 9 Wisconsin Avenue / Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. It
is in a quiet housing development off of canal road.
