Re: horsey bets
Donny 8.20
bluesquare have Johnny Lester's Hair @ a standout 14/1....
get on at this price.... everywhere else is 8s, 9s 10s...
this is a price value bet. If you can't get on at bluesq.com @ 14/1 i wouldn't advise taking shorter...
14/1+ only

Kristofferson... backed him last month and he was backed from 16/1 to 15/2 before staying on for 5th after being held up. Runs over 3m today (from 2m4f) and 33/1 (Lads, WH, bet365) looks like its too big... back to lay?? anyways i'm on and we'll see.
won today.... 13/2

Re: horsey bets
Cartmel 4.10
If Kings Reason is as big as the 14/1 forecast in the RP, then he has good chances for the monewy. 3rd in his only race under rules, has decent chances today.

Re: horsey bets
Win : +32.50
Place : +12.18
Cartmel 2.20
Adlestrop is 14/1 with Betfred.... Biggish price.
Probably only up for a place but a value bet. Trinity Rose fell last time at the last and is a worthy favourite. Lady Bernie also will be a challenger, but i don't see much else in here and the 14/1 is well worth taking.
Spotlight:
Longstanding maiden and not at her best since joining this yard after finishing third in a Towcester seller last October; trainer does well here but probably playing for minor honours.

and another
Cartmel 4.00
Innisfree is also 14/1 with Betfred. Much shorter everywhere else. Lots in the race who seem to be regressing and i'm going to take him to add to his only course run and win last year.
Spotlight
Not easy to catch right and, though he ran well after a break to finish second at Kelso, he´s gone up 4lb for that and this is a much better race; surprising if he´s quite up to it.

Re: horsey bets
Innisfree started at 15/2, led for a bit before fading...
Adlestrop punted nito 8/1 at one stage before SP of 10/1.
finished 3rd, behing the 2 favs.

Re: horsey bets
Great Leighs 4.30
I've backed Fly Kiss @ 20/1 with betfred
Dismissed by the RP (good)... too big a price for a horse that is 'flattered' by defeat... Someone mentioned Clive brittain's horses last night... well this is one...
Spotlight:
Surely flattered by proximity in Goodwood Group 3 last summer (won nursery off 56 on previous start) and although she ran well enough on reappearance, looks up against it here.
2nd one
was Surwaki. But the cheeky 16/1 that i saw this morning has gone after a half of PES now 12/1 and i think i've missed the boat. No bet now and i'll watch it lead all the way to victory
Spotlight:
Beaten only by a well-treated rival on reappearance then got tired over too much of a test latest; lowest-ever mark now despite leaving impression still in good heart last time and, although below form three previous tries on AW some time ago, should go close if taking to this new track, providing he doesn´t do too much up front.
so 1 bet, unless you can get some 16/1 somewhere
