Re: horsey bets

the website was down for maintainance when i tried to post this am, when

4.00 NAbb
Freedom Of choice was avaliable @ 14/1 and for 5 mins on partybets 16/1... He's now 12/1 and is the minimum price i'd advise taking.

some spotlight you can ignore:
Hasn´t looked that well handicapped in a couple of cracks at staying chases and had no answer to Foolish Myth in a point back in February (beaten 25l); has a handy pull in the weights but surprising should he threaten to reverse the form and may need even further than this.

Re: horsey bets

what a day, I wish i was off, but as i'm not.... i suggest reading the RP and deciding what horses to back in e/w doubles.

10 selections, 45 e/w doubles, so 50p e/w on all is £45, too steep.... or possibly split them up into day and night bets 10 doubles on each

Not240 Up In Arms - 1 RP tip @ 10/1
Not340 Amicus Meus - 0 (1st run for 2 years) @ 25/1
Not440 Suzi Spends - 0 (big handicap) @ 25/1
Bev320 Lady In Chief @ 14/1
Bev420 York's Folly - 1 RP tip @ 10/1

Kem755 Fifty - 2 RP tips @ 11/1
Kem825 Royal Island @ 11/1
Ham740 Ingleby Arch @ 12/1
Ham810 Gordonville @ 16/1
Ham910 Indecision - 1 RP tip @ 10/1

maybe the Colonel will frank the form :-)

Re: horsey bets

it would have been as bad as that lot

i'm not gambling without knowing the proper odds again....

3 non-runners (good)
far too many shorties, 5/1 and 7/1 BP... a missed 20/1 shot (punted into 7/1) before running so badly that by the time it got free it was too late and plenty of crocks too...

luckily i lost a fair chunk today so i feel your pain if you backed any.
