Re: TPT on Tour
what a good day - thoroughly enjoyed myself which I think started to show after a few pints
Just starting to recover now.
Well done Pete and Danny (and Keith in the cash game).
Roll on the next session and more TPT success.

Yes, your bluffing the blinds and a few callers, myself included with a massive raise for that truly monster 7-2off you had was a *highlight*

I fancy it, just not sure I can get away with it ! Will get back to you...

Re: TPT on Tour
Sunday was ladies day at the Gutshot, Charlotte, Grant and Alex were all out reasonably early but Birthday girl Claire almost made the final table, out in 11th on the bubble, but Alice did make it there, finishing 7th winning £126 [out of 105 players]

Re: TPT on Tour
Been a long time since I posted on this thread but I reckon it's a thread we should keep updated. I know Danny had a few touches last year @ The Western and a few of us cashed at The Clapham games so from now, let's try and make a note of TPT'ers successes, live and online.
I'll start the ball rolling with results from Clapham from the last couple of weeks. 2 weeks ago, 73 runners and Sammy and Pete both cashed. Friday just gone, 4 of us in a field of 48. I was the main failure going out 13th. Collette finished 10th but once again Sammy and Pete Cashed, Pete coming 3rd for the second time. Saturday was Deepstack at Clapham. No joy for Sammy this time but TPT 1-2 as Myself and Collette took the honours.

Re: TPT on Tour
Clapham deepstack this Saturday saw 6 TPT'ers take their seats in a field of 30. 3 of us made the final table with Sharon being the FT bubble. Myself out of the money in 9th. Collette came 6th and got her money back (come last 6 all players agreed to shave money off top 5 places paid to enable 6th to get some cash). Charlotte was 4th and made a tidy profit.
Also, mustn't forget Pete who cashed in the Friday game with 70 runners.

Re: TPT on Tour
Saturday 10/3/07 Beer Hand Open
This event held by london poker meet up at The Western saw 4 TPT players enter. Myself, Brendan, Paul H and Brad Higgins.
A great days poker, pretty good standard of play too.
63 runners in total, i went out with qq v aa. what a surprse.
But the good bit was our very own Brad went heads up for the title.
Unfortunately he came second but he put up a great fight, seeing that at one point when blinds were about 1000 he was down to 1500 chips.
So congratulations Brad.
Good day had by all.
Cheers,
Danny . p.s - u have to come down for the cash game Steve, i cleared over 700 quid on Saturday woohoo.
