Looks like an incredibly fun non-PC place there. I won't even know where to start.
How about a non-PC jpeg of a woman with a baby about
to walk through a door labeled
PEDIATRICIAN. Behind the door of course is MJ with a white coat,
jammie bottoms underneath,
hair in a bun of course.
