I saw that debunk'al. However, can we really be certain that Toby will not be eaten June 30th?
The only real debunking that Snopes and other
urban legend sites put forth is ..
1) Ask why would anyone care about common rabbits being held hostage and eaten?
and
2) The hit counter on the donation page is a static image.
and
3) The paypal link doesn't work. The site owner says paypal killed his account so he is in the process of finding a new payment method.
Can we really afford to risk making a tragic mistake which could, if it's all true, cost
Toby his life?

I don't think Toby is from Morocco god.
Toby's owner does have a link under LEGAL
called ..
"GRRR, THIS IS A FRAUD"
because some folks think that he is joking.
Toby's owner however says
No, this website is quite real. I have Toby in my possession and I will in fact
eat him if I do not receive 50 thousand dollars. This of course is the worst
possible outcome and one I desperately want to avoid. I love that little fella!
