Image Editing Tools

So what's your weapon of choice? I'm currently learning how to use Serif Software's PhotoPlus 5.5.

It's way out of date now, but on the upside, it's supposed to be free...
you have to call a number to register...
I haven't registered yet...

Download here!

Edit: I created this image with PhotoPlus

Re: Image Editing Tools

I've been on Photoshop 6.0 for years. Finally upgraded to 7.0 about a week ago (though Photoshop CS is the new one, I think).

It's a great program, though the learning curve is ridiculously steep. There's tons of sites online with tutorials, but they are only as helpful as your understanding of what the heck they're saying.

Also it's a potentially expensive program unless you know a guy who knows a guy. emoticon
