Loony News a Show of Satire
Hello all ,I was a fan of all of you on the spoof. I now own a satire site that is growing daily. We are a mix of many different kinds of authors and I treat the authors with respect. If any of you would be interested to submit articles I would welcome you.
We also are looking for a couple of new column writers to add to the ones we already have. Rss feeds we have and we are open to suggestions and put the authors first. I believe we are fairly open minded. We have a discussion forum where we have taken on several notable causes.
Our numbers are good and we are a friendly lot, I say.

The glory of the fact that there are so many satie sites these days is if there is a submission that I feel is too risque I will help you find a site that is not.
I have yet to have an unhappy writer. You do know of Utterpants? Miranda has a great site she is done wonders in a short amount of time.
I would welcome articles. My authors are not argueing with each other on the Loony discussion forum and basically we have fun.
I will not post an article that is making fun of victims, example- beheadings or severe human suffering. I can not do that.That you should know straight up.

Ask Miranda to put up that article and the spoof will drop all of yours. That is what they did to one of my writers. He wrote an article for Loony News a Show of Satire and they yanked all his articles and banned him. True so true.

I want my authors to have freedom. I contact and ask about changes and additions to the site. I support other sites and love the humour on Miranda's. We have to different types and I do not want to undermind her in any way. I lean towards politics and the ridiculous and she leans towards more risque. As I said before that is the glory.
One of the admin on the Loony News and my son in law are Miranda's biggest fan.
I welcome your writings as I am sure Miranda will.
Remember the day you have one of your past articles on another site is the day you get banned from the spoof. If that is what you chose to do I will willingly pick up some of your past articles that are current in news worthy fields. I would imagine so would Miranda. I can not speak for her but she is a wonder in the satire world. And smart too.

Dr. Ofah is right about Miranda and Utterpants. Ms. G (as we sometimes call her) is the best editor I've ever written for. I've never submitted to Looney News, so I can't speak on that, but Dr. Ofah and the rest of the Loony staff seem real nice and fair. Nothing like Jack and Helium at spoof. I can't say enough good things about Miranda, tho. If you really go way back with her, as you say (well then, no wonder we get along so well!) you already know this.
I'm not denying what happened to that other writer at Loony, but I was not banned from spoof when I started writing for Pants. I was, however, banned when I started screwing around with another Pants writer (Mz Banks) on the spoof forums. My stories were never pulled, tho. They are - to this day even - live on the site. So Jack is still making money off *me*.

I did leave out one minor detail. When the spoof started going down hill Lee and I tried to buy it. However it was not in the offering so we started Loony News a Show of Satire so if you write with us they might very well yank your articles.
Just to clarify. More than one of my authors have been yanked from the spoof.

It most certainly would bother me to know that they (you know the website I speak of) were running my stories even after they banned me - or, as in my case, I left on my own.
