Leaders Are Readers /Must Read Books !
When I 1st heard that Leaders were Readers,I was not Happy because at the time all I had read were Comics,Karate Illustrated,Official Karate,Fighting Stars and Black Belt.
For many years I gave away dozens of Think & Grow Rich(nepolean Hill) books original and a Black Choice(Dennis Kimbro).I also gave away a BIG box of Hard Cover Unlimited Power (Tony Robbins)These were the books that my staff to read.
Today I must say that things have changed because the 1st book I recomend is an EZ to read book by a Hip Hop Mogul and multi millionaire Guarenteed Success

Currently I'm reading Ayn Rand....I'm going to begin reading Atlas Shrugged on my 2 week vacation...I know Sir it's a lot of damn reading ....I recently finished reading Objective Hate: The Prequel by Troi "Star" Torain....an autobiography of the radio DJ.....Leaders are truly readers.

Leaders read books to improve the quality of informantion that they share with the people that they lead!
Any form of reading is good but The Great Books have been used and studied for generations by ambitious upstarts looking for the Secrets to success!
Today's Leaders Stand On The Shoulders Of Giants before us and they shared them via the written book.There's no need to reinvent the Wheel!

Here's a Robeson family secret that was passed down from 3 generations. The book is from the 1930s and has a silly title and is called...
"How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie
Basically, it teaches you conflict resolution and interpersonal skills with people. My father always emphasized that good interpersonal skills are much more important than intelligence and business acumen. After seeing so many of my smart and motivated peers not go as far as they could have, I didn't fully believe this was true until I reached my mid 30s.
It's an easy read and worth your time.

The Secret is like the New thing but the Power Of Intention was covered by Unlimited Power by Tony Robbins over 25 Years Ago! The Secret is a good read and the CD"s are even better.

I remember Fontanez asking the class if anyone would cut my Left Arm Off for a Million Dollars and we answered NO! How about you left Leg for 10 million?Your Brain for Trillion and we would yell,NO!
Then he would say you see how much you are worth? You Are Priceless! Remember That!
