Repeat the drill with front kick facing a new direction in the class. (Switching directions keeps their attention level high).

8. End class by running through the same warm-up and exercises as at the beginning of the class. Discuss how important it is to have control of your mind and body at home and at school.

Re: How to generate capitol for your own school, now!
quote: Ok, here is where I am with this program. I did 2 sessions at 1 private school. Both sessions were 8 weeks. Fontanez stated earlier how well I did.
Now this year at the same school, we are a doing a 30 week program for only $375. with 50 kids, that will gross $18,750, teaching 1 1/2 hrs each week.
Now I don't know about the rest of the country, but I know NY had serious budget cuts that took most of the physical activity programs out of the school systems & they are looking for ways to add them in & also to raise some money for other programs.
We had the school collect the fees & KEEP 20%-25%
So last year, the school made over $2000 off of the karate program.
This year they will make over $4600. Now which school will say no to that.
P.S I wouldn't suggest giving 25%, I only did that because thats where my son goes to school.
Got questions, email me
