Screwball comedies of the 90's
Honeymoon in Vegas It is directly implied that America's sweetheart Sarah Jessica Parker actually mugs a vegas showgirl for her costume! She is on the run from James Caan in the bowls of a glitzy hotel. She knows she can't escape Caans cronies. She hides in wait as two showgirls walk by a deserted prep area. She then quickly creeps up behind one and walks unnoticed in lockstep. A couple of scenes later she sneaks out with the showgirl crew disguised in the lavender costume of the girl she had run up behind. In another screwball comedy Naked Gun 3 it is implied that Priscilla Presley mugs Vanna White for her dress to sneak into the oscars. We see feet being pulled into bushes acompanied by the sound of gagged squeals of stuggle. presley then steps out of the bushes wearing Vanna's dress. Later on Vanna is apparently discovered because she shows up in her sexy underwear being helped along by security. She then points out that priscilla is a fraud and the wacky stuff of course starts. Another up side to this movie is Anna Nicole Smith in her prime with a TON of cleavage! The down side that I didn't mention is that in the Vanna underwear scene we also find out that priscilla's partner Leslie Neilson has also mugged Wiered Al for his clothes! Now I'm sick!

In Canadian Bacon Rita Pearlman overpowers a very cute candy striper for her uniform! The candy striper is later shown tied to a giant stuffed animal gagged in her underwear. She is quite cute! After Pearlman adjusts herself in the mirror she turns back at the squealing cutie and says sarcastically DON'T CATCH A COLD! This was of course in the 80's not the 90's but whose counting?

I caught the tail end of Honeymoon In Vegas & remember to sky diving Elvis guys, but I missed the implied costume stealing scene. I must have assumed Parker stolen the costume off a clothes rack or something.
I tried re-watching watch this scene from Honeymoon In Las Vegas, and see the other two movies you mentioned, if they come on TV or somebody uploads the clothes stealing scene to Youtube. Even the bargain bin price of $6.00 is kind of steep for A Blink You Missed scene.
Thanks for pointing out these scenes to me though, made be one them will do something for me like that brief scene in Dr. Goldfoot And The Girl Bombs

How about Dr Jekyll and Ms Hyde with Sean Young playing Ms Hyde. Near the end of the movie Sean Young dressed in Shorts and T shirt has to get into a formal reception . she meets a woman, says nice dress.next scene she is wearing the woman's dress. thats it .

Thanks for bringing that one up again Vindex673! That's always been one of my favorites. Although we the viewer don't see the actual outfit stealing occur the mental images it conjurs up is great. First of all the victim is an actress named Donna Barnes who is definitely beer commercial HOT! She is arguably one of the hottest victims outside of the Dark Angel hooker! Also the character Helen Hyde is vicious so she probably waylayed the victim pretty hard!
Finally and perhaps most arousing is the fact that Helen actually takes the victims underwear! Sexy black thongs to be exact! Considering the outfit stealing took place in a very busy Hotel function her naked body was probably discovered by a lot of people! YUM!
