this is from the comic crimebuster #0.
it's not f/f clothes stealing though,so slain might want to move the post.
in a hospital,the villian "iron jaw",grabs a "robust" nurse and steals her uniform so he can get to his target.
later,the "hefty" nurse,is discovered by another nurse,locked in a closet,bound and gaged in her slip.
i put these in a zip file.
