To those who do not know Daniel He was at one time Our Chief of Communications Officer. I assume toward the end as with alot of us, life gets in the way and with his studies and other things going on he sort of phased out.
As mentioned in other areas of the forum, for story purposes he may have always been around as I do not recall we had a new Chief of Communications at all. We had at one time a junior member or two that were aboard when Daniel went on away missions.
There is only two stories done and only one posted to read I need to get the other one up there. In the latter ones written via Novel size or newsletter size we did not talk a great deal about communications.
I just wanted everybody to know how Dan played apart on the ship. Dan may come back aboard and we can sure use his expertise should he do so.

? I mean even the Ferengi have a form of Morse Code they use (ST:TNG Season Seven episode "Bloodlines"). Looks like I need to upgrade from international morse code to interplanetary morse code 
!
