Rubber stamps

Is water enough to clean them or should I be using something?!

I was told that when you've finished using them wipe them with a wet cloth and dry properly and that's it.

I have heard of a solution that you can use, though I can't remember the name of it, but I was told there's no need for it as soap and water will work just as well.
