I hate spending all weekend cleaning. I would just have them do the floors (sweep, mop, and vacuum), the bathroom, simple dusting, get the cat hair off the sofa, and give the kitchen a good wipedown. That way the only thing left on the weekend would be the laundry! Heaven! Once in awhile, they could do the windows and the woodwork.

I keep the place fairly tidy, it's just the major cleaning that takes time.
