Yeah our Key Stage 1 are having it at afternoon play. It's great in the winter as the shool smells normal (well as far as normal with 250 stinky kids in it!) but in the Summer we smell like a fruit shop!!

And they've just put a new notice board up in the foundation unit telling parents to feed their children 5 portions of fruit and veg and have put a pic up of apples, but there's 6 apples. So the writing's telling them one thing and the pic is telling them another and seeing as a lot of our parents have English as a second language it's not particularly helpful either!! emoticon

When my son was about 4 we would go to stay with my sister quite a lot. H e was happily playing in the garden watering the weeds and the next door nieboure came out and started to talk to him. Then out of nowhere my son said to him 'have you got penis?'He was very quickly dragged into the house. emoticon

Another Emily classic.... after we'd been to look at the new car yesterday I took her to her ballet lesson. As we were driving along she said

Mummy, when we get the new car, can we just clean it instead of getting a new one when it gets dirty?

As if we're rich enough to do that in the first place!
