I have Osteoarthitis does anyone else have it i cant take antiinflammitories as they cause stomach upset so i take cod liver oil and Glucosamine and Chondrotin from health shop they help a bit but it would be much worse without them emoticon

Oooh, sounds painful emoticon I don't have anything diagnosed, but I get pains in my joints and fingers, always have, I've just bought cod liver oil capsules in the hope of loosening my joints up emoticon
