Night before last I got 6, and then was so tired yesterday afternoon that I took a 2 hour nap. Last night I only got about 4 hours, so me thinks I'll be going down here in a couple of hours. emoticon

I heard there is some sort of power yoga tied in with meditating which helps you survive on less sleep. I'll find a link for it tomorrow.
