Weight watchers!!!
Yes I can hear you all groan but I finally got motivated to lose some weight! I'm pleased as lost 9lbs so far, still quite a way to go. my goal is to be a size 14 again for Christmas. I can just squeeze back into a size 16 afetr 5 weeks on the diet so in theory its possible.....

ohh, I do vicki!!!I need to loose half a stone or so. Feel rotten at the moment, nothing fits me and I have to undo my jeans after dinner. How do you want to do it?

We could have a weekly weigh in day, and just generally support the dieters! You dont have to give away your weight, just the weightloss if you want to!
Could start on Tuesday?!

My weigh in is every Friday - lousy week last week so ate and ate and gained a pound - oops! Back on track now though
