Help! Did anyone have a problem registering?!

My friend can't register with runboard. She goes through the first page where it asks for herusername, birthdate, country, etc. Then it sends her to a login page
and asks for her username and password. But, she's never entered a
password, nor been emailed one. Any ideas on what's going on? Does she just enter her e-mail and a password on that page and then carry on?

Can anyone help?!

Beth, I did a search on the support forums, and came up with this page

http://www.runboard.com/lost_password

Could she try this and see if they've accepted her user name?

Is she with AOL? Apparently there have been a lot of problems with AOL receiving mail from runboard.

I don't think she's with AOL but she is in the middle of nowhere and could have problems with the server she uses. I'll check. I'll send the link and see if that helps!

It was the browser that was causing the problem. Thanks for the suggestions, but when I got the email from Tabbie, she mentioned that it could be my server. That reminded me that my default browser from links in email is a Mac one (Safari). So, I copied and pasted the address into Internet Explorer, and was able to register easily. It shouldn't be a problem from home, either, if I remember to use IE.

The biggest problem is going to be finding the time to log in. emoticon
