Re: How often do you read?

I mainly read the internetemoticon Which is one E-book I'll never finish.

Last book I read was written by a high school buddie.

One of my co-workers wife is friends with my friend. And since he was from the same small town they asked him if he knew me and I ended up with a signed copy.

Echoes in the Playground. Bought a couple of copies as gifts because I know it is obscure enough virtually no one will already have it.

Also bought some of the Hitcher Guide books at a salvation army type of store very cheap but have not read them since the day of purchace.

I like mostly thrillers, I like the books of John Grisham for instance emoticon
Not the romantic stuff emoticon

I used to read a lot, now a bit less, about 1 book (400 pages?!) a month or so. Sometimes more, sometimes less)

When I get on a reading kick, I read alot. I can go through about 5 books at about 500 pages a week. emoticon

And my taste is varied. I like vampire and witch novels, but then I also like some romance, and mysteries. Fav authors are Nora Roberts, Anne Rice, Patricia Cornwell, Michael Connelly, and Jonathan Kellerman. emoticon

I read most nights before I go to sleep. I like lots of different types of books - some of the books I have read recently are "The Life of Pi", "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime", "Oryx and Crake", and the series about the lady detective in Botswana.
