Yorkshire Puddings
Makes 8
4oz/1 cup flour
2 eggs
8floz/250ml milk
salt and pepper to taste
Sieve flower into a bowl, and add the eggs, stirring well.
Add milk gradually, stirring extra well as you go
Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir in.
Add a little cooking fat to each muffin case and heat in the oven for around 10 minutes until
smoking hot.
Remove fat from oven and add mixture to cases, returning to oven and cooking for 20-30
minutes at 425 degrees.

Failing that got to the freezer section, find a packet of Aunt Bessies... open packet, heat for 5 minutes et viola... perfect yorkshire puddings everytime LOL
