Would you complain?

We had rotten service from Pizza Hut this evening so I phoned and complained and they're giving us a freebie next time we order emoticon

Do you complain when things arent up to scratch, or do you keep quiet?

I have complained in the past about poor service. If you are polite and explain exactly what the problem was/is, you normally get at least an apology, and usually something knocked off your bill/ vouchers or similar.

Nah, I might mention it to hubs but rarely complain. I'm the sort that just leaves it on the plate and they can pretty much figure it out for themselves.

Like in Bella Pasta on Monday the salad was a bit off so I didn't eat it emoticon

Yeah, we complain. Hardly ever go to Pizza Hut anymore cuz their pizza hasn't been very good and their service is crappy. That's pretty bad cuz one of the guys in our church works there.

J likes the chicken wings from there, otherwise there are better pizzas than pizza hut I must admit.

Pizza Hut in the UK is fine, but that could be because we don't really have much choice at the top of the market? emoticon

I dont know, but I did think the UK stuff was better for some reason.

Maybe its because its double the price back home so what with less people ordering, they can take their time and make it nice?! Out here its so cheap that they probably dont have time to care what it tastes like!

Yeah, I suppose for 2 people to eat a starter, pizza and a dessert with 2 drinks you're looking at £35 in a UK Pizza Hut. It can be cheaper but not much emoticon

For 10 chicken wings and a medium pizza, we pay about 6 quid.
