we do burgers, sausage, ribs, steaks, salmon steaks, chicken kebabs, fish fingers, roast onions in foil, potatoes, corn on the cob.... then when everything's cooling down we do toast and it's gorgeous

chicken kebabs, burgers, sausages, steaks, chops, corn on the cob, jacket spuds, I personally love bbqed fish
Toasted marshmallows and chocolate fondue over the dying barbie is a nice way to round the evening off, just before the neighbours go on a wood hunt and we end up with a bonfire going on... they're all a bunch of pyrotechnics around here LOL
