It's about the same size as a ringbinder, (A4ish and the thickness of a novel) postage won't be much at all because it's not very heavy... couple of quid at the very most
As for payment... I really don't mind what you want to pay me in... I have paypal, will accept cheese and chocolate (hubby will kill me for accepting those, he's just been told to get his cholesterol level down LOL)
