posticon The snakes are moving in!!

Or they're trying to! I heard on the news this morning that snakes are getting into houses in an attempt to keep cool and get away from the sun.

Not sure I like that idea!!

Lucy has been put on watch!!

Where I used to live (in Finland, where it is COLD emoticon ), I remember once in autumn time, some crazy kids had been throwing poisnous snakes through people's letter boxes. It was already so cold that they had gone stiff and were about to hibernate when they found them but in the warmth they would of course wake up again...Now how crazy is that!! I can't remember if anybody got bitten but it certainly is a story I will always remember!

If you're like me there is!!! Bugs and spiders really like my blood. Repellant works for everyone else, but not me. And I have something of an allergic reaction to even regular house spider bites. So could you imagine what would happen if a Brown Recluse or Black Widow bit me?! I shudder to think. emoticon Multiply that by a lot and that's what would happen if a snake bit me! emoticon

You can have all of them from down here in the South, then if you don't seem to mind them. emoticon

We have some spiders here...And now, all animal activists are going to attack me...But I hoover them away!

They are just 'small and sweet' but nevertheless! I tidy them away effectively!
