there are a couple of sites there with images to choose from.

Once you find one or two you like, right click on it, and then go to 'save as' and save it to your computer.

From there you need to host it somewhere - do you have a hosting account anywhere?

Hiya

You can find all the pics we use online and have a look at 'site suggestions/help' a bit further down the main page.

You'll need something like a photobucket account to host the images for you. There's some info about that on the forum too.

Just have a look around and it'll all become clear emoticon
