ive had a realy hard couple of weeks. very weepy and unmotivated to do things but then my meds have been changed agian so that might have somthig to do with it. im a bit more stable tonight though so maybe just maybe things will start to get better.

it sound stupid but it works. setting myself little tasks for the next few mins and then the next ect.. hopping the med will kick in soon.
