Emma DeLauro is a telempath, meaning she can read and manipulate others emotions. She also has psyonic blasts. Emma recently took her turn at love when the love of her life died because he was a New Mutant. She always believes in the good of people, sometimes taking it too far. Emma grew up normally, indulging in small rebellions, and became a clothing saleswoman, using her powers to make sales. She meditates and, although there have been no real hints, probably will end up with Jesse. She will do anything for her friends, from going into the past with them, to sacrificing herself.
